What does it cost to host?
Creating a listing is free. HouseWelly charges no platform booking commission. You will see the relevant payment terms before using payment services.
Can I choose when my place is available?
Yes. Use your listing calendar to block unavailable nights. Keep it up to date with any commitments you make elsewhere. Overlapping accepted or confirmed stays are prevented by the platform.
Do I have to accept every request?
No. You review each request and can ask questions, accept or decline. Respond promptly so guests can make their plans.
When can guests pay for a stay?
HouseWelly is currently open for listings and requests. Online payments are being prepared. Accepted requests are not confirmed stays, and guests should not send payment outside the platform.
What am I responsible for?
You must have permission to let the property, meet local requirements and make sure it is safe, accurately described and suitably insured. HouseWelly does not provide property insurance or guarantee earnings.
